Churchproducts.com has teamed up with SIFAT (Servants in Faith and Technology) to offer this collection of beautiful, handmade stoles. These stoles are made by a group of mothers from the slums of the Atacucho area of Quito, Ecuador. The women support themselves and their children by making these stoles and other crafts. For these women, providing even one meal a day for their children can be a struggle. Your purchase of one of these stoles helps to put food on the table and to enable the women to send their children to daycare. All proceeds from the sale of these stoles go to SIFAT and to the women of this micro-enterprise. Churchproducts.com is facilitating the sale of these products as part of our mission.
We do not keep any money from the sale of these stoles.
LINED: Lined stoles are 6-1/2" wide and 59" long. A neck cutout ensures the stole lays flat on the wearer. A semi-rigid lining is used between the face and backing for uniform appearance and shape. Stoles are backed with a material similar to the lining of a suit for proper drape and durability. Cotton yarn fringe. An easily removed tassel is attached to the back of the neck.
