RETURN POLICY


ORDERING

Please check your order carefully as the customer is responsible for verifying the accuracy of the colors, sizes, quantities & descriptions of the items ordered.


RETURNS

All items ordered from our web site may be returned, EXCEPT: (Below Items are Not Returnable)


  • Baptistries and fiberglass crosses
  • Steeples
  • Baptistry heaters and pumps (may be returnable if not opened or installed. Contact us before returning)
  • Baptistry plumbing and accessories (baptistry covers, drip pans, hand rails, etc.)
  • Items that are made to size (such as bishop or deacon's rings).
  • Custom made items (where customer orders an item to deviate from the description on our web site i.e. different dimensions, metal finish, species of wood, etc.)
  • Items that require staining or color selections such as furniture
  • Room dividers or other items made to fit your measurements
  • Any item that has been used or installed by the customer after receiving it
  • Made to Order Items over $500 may require prior approval for returns. If you are placing an order for a custom or made to order item (Altars, Pulpits, Candlesticks, Chalices, Tabernacles, etc.) that is over $500 and think you may want to return it if it doesn't meet your needs, please contact us BEFORE placing your order to verify if the order can be returned. We may deny returns on made to order items over $500 based on whether or not the manufacturer will accept the return or not.


DAMAGE OR DEFECT

  • Defective or damaged items may be returned for repair or replacement at our option. Original shipping charges may or may not be refundable depending on circumstances and subject to manufacturer guidelines. Customer is usually responsible for return shipping costs to the MFG.


RETURN EXCEPTIONS

  • Errors: Items which are received not as ordered may be returned.(i.e. You ordered red, but received blue, etc.)


CANCELLATIONS

  • Custom commissioned items, one of a kind pieces and Orders for items that are stained or painted may not be cancelled once the vendor has started construction. (i.e. pews, cushions, steeples, furniture, furnishings, baptistries, etc..) and cannot be returned.



RESTOCKING FEES


All returns are subject to a restocking fee except in cases of errors in order fulfillment, damaged goods, & errors in descriptions.

We base the restock fee on the original shipping charges. If we paid the original shipping (your order was over $150 and qualified for Free Shipping) and you return something because you did not like it, we will credit your return, less the original shipping charges paid by us. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.


We reserve the right to impose an across the board minimum restocking or cancellation fee of 5% on any order over $500.

Items that may be returned without a restocking fee:

  • Any items that are damaged or defective
  • Any items where there is an inaccurate description or other material discrepancy between what you order and what you receive.

If you need to return something, please e-mail us with the details of your order and the reason for your return. We will e-mail you a return authorization number (RMA) and the address of the manufacturer where you should return the product.

PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ITEMS TO OUR FAIRHOPE, ALABAMA ADDRESS (unless we specifically request that you do so.) 


RETURN TIME

Please contact us within 15 days of receiving your merchandise if you need to return something. Many of our vendors do not accept returns unless notified within 15 days. Returns may not be accepted after 30 days of receipt of merchandise. Once the manufacturer has inspected the return and issued us the credit memo, we will issue the refund via the same method of payment used with the sale. (i.e. the same credit card, paypal account or check). Most credits are processed within a few days of receipt but it can occasionally take longer as some vendors process returns at the end of the month. Please allow up to 30 days for your credit to be processed.

Cancellations

Custom orders (anything made to your specifications or measurements) may or may not be able to be canceled, depending on whether the mfg. has started production. Non-custom orders for in stock items may be canceled if they have not shipped. Items that are made to order (i.e. items that are standard but have a lead time) may or may not be able to be canceled at the vendor's discretion. All cancelations are subject to a 5% cancelation fee if paid. If not paid there is no fee to cancel.


EXCHANGES

Many items on our site are standard off the self items that may be exchanged for different sizes, colors, etc. Please contact us for Exchange Directions and Information. (Customer is usually responsible for original and return shipping charges even on Free Shipping items)

Items which are made to order or custom made are subject to our return policy. Baptistry Heaters my be exchanged if in the original unopened box. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on return and replacement shipment.
