1. Is it secure to order from this site? Yes. Our shopping cart uses the latest security technology: SSL 128-bit encryption.

2. Do you keep or share my personal information? No. Your personal data is securely stored using SSL 128-bit encryption. We do not sell, trade, or share any of your information under any circumstances. You may opt to save your information for future orders.

3. Our church is tax exempt. Do you charge us sales tax? We collect sales tax only on orders shipped within Alabama. As of 2021, we do not meet thresholds to collect sales tax from churches in other states. You may need to remit use tax to your state, depending on local laws.

4. When will my credit card be charged? Your card will be charged at the time you place your order. If your card is declined, you will receive an email notification.

5. Can we pay with a check? Yes. Select "church check" as your payment method during checkout. You'll receive a confirmation email. Mail your check with your order number to: PO Box 915, Point Clear, AL 36564. We will process your order once we receive the check.

6. How do I track my order? We do not currently offer online order tracking. Please reply to your confirmation email with any order status inquiries.

7. I forgot my password. How do I retrieve it? Click the "Forgot Password" link on the Order Status page or during checkout.

8. What is your return policy? Please refer to our full Return Policy on the Terms of Sale page.

9. How do I find a product? You can browse categories in our main menu or use the search bar to find products by name or keyword.

10. How do I navigate the site? Use the main menu to access products, categories, and company info pages.

13. Can I pick up my order to save on shipping? Some items like candles may be picked up at our warehouse. Many items ship directly from the factory. If you prefer pickup, mention this in the order comments. We'll confirm availability.

14. I’m not with a church — can I still order? We sell to churches, schools, institutions, and government entities. We do not sell to individuals. Our products are for sacred use, not novelty or costume purposes. Note: We do not ship internationally or to U.S. territories.

15. Do you offer discounts for large purchases? Yes. please contact us for volume pricing.

16. Can you ship overnight? We do not offer overnight, next-day delivery.

17. Is there a minimum order? Yes. Our minimum order is $35.

18. Do you collect sales tax outside Alabama? No. We only collect tax for orders shipped within Alabama. Out-of-state buyers may have use tax obligations depending on their state laws. Check with your state's Department of Revenue for details.
