Suitable for vertical or horizontal operation. When installing on a horizontal plane, be sure to keep the control box slightly higher than the incoming end in case of a water leak. You want the water going away from electrical components.

Plumbing Inlet and Outlet are attached to two included Basket Strainers with 1-1/2" NPT threading. Included 1-1/2" union is utilized to attach to the 1" outlet and inlet on the heater.

TROUBLESHOOTING LITTLE GIANT BAPTISTRY HEATER

Is the light on the heater ON? If not turn the dial all the way to the right.
If NO LIGHT then verify you have power to the thermostat.

If you have power to the thermostat, what is the voltage and amperage reading
With the dial turned all the way to the right, verify you have power to the heating ELEMENT.
If you have power to the element, what is the voltage and amperage reading

If you have power to the element then perform an ohm test on the element. (Remove the wires to the element to perform test so as to isolate the element.) You should be getting around 14 ohms or so.
