We can accept orders up until the Thursday before Palm Sunday and will ship via UPS Ground, 3day, 2day or Next Day Air depending on the specifics of the order. Please be sure to provide a good daytime phone # so we can call you if necessary.
Orders for Palms are not deemed accepted until we confirm them by e-mail (This will be a seperate e-mail from our computer generated order acknowledgement). Thank You.


Regular Orders-Palms ordered Until 3/8/23

Subject to the standard shipping terms on our web site, (i.e. Graduated shipping charges on orders under $150 and Free Church Shipping on Orders over $150)
Residential delivery is higher and will be calculated at checkout.
Shipped via Refrigerated Truck to the UPS center nearest you for "last mile" delivery by UPS to your church.
Delivery is guaranteed by the Friday before Palm Sunday and any time up to two weeks before Palm Sunday.
Most orders will deliver the week of Palm Sunday but some will deliver 10-14 days before Palm Sunday.
Our schedule is generally not nailed down until trucks roll about 2-3 weeks before Palm Sunday.

Late Orders-Palms Ordered ON or AFTER 3/9/23

Shipping charged of $65 per box based on UPS shipping directly to the church will be added to your order and your card will be charged.
Palms will not be shipped in refrigerated trucks, but will be in transit the entire distance in UPS. Every effort is made so that Late orders will be shipped to arrive the week of Palm Sunday but they may arrive earlier.

SPECIAL DATE REQUESTS: Orders Placed at ANY TIME which request deliver on or by a specific date will be shipped by UPS 3 Day Select and charged $15 per BAG for delivery.

*May require shipment by UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or 3 Day Select to arrive by the Thursday or Friday before Palm Sunday.
*We will email you shortly after your order is received with the shipping estimate. You may elect to proceed or cancel your order.
*Actual UPS charges will be added to your order and charged to the credit card used to place the order.

Free Church Shipping is only available to a church or business address. Residential Addresses incur higher fees.

IMPORTANT ADDRESS INFORMATION: If the address you give is mispelled, incorrect or incomplete (You leave off ST, DR, etc.,
you may be charged a $16 address correction fee and may also be charged for re-delivery fees. This is due to UPS regulations).

Our Palms are the freshest, cleanest palms you will find. They are harvested in an environmentally friendly manner and stripped, cleaned and bagged. From there, our palms aare refirgerated until they are shipped to your church. Our refrigerated trucks deliver them to your city and UPS brings them the "final mile."

Minimum Order Palms

All Palm Orders Must Be A Minimum of 3 Bags (Not including Ashes - No Minimum on Ash Orders) Orders containing less than 3 bags of Palm Product will be subject to an $8 handling fee from the palm grower (we do not impose this fee, this is from the grower). When we review your order, if the order totals less than 3 bags of Palm Product, we will add the $8 minimum charge to your order and bill your card.

• Our palms are grown in Texas on virgin native brush that was donated as wildlife habitat to the Texas Land Conservancy.

• By purchasing these palms, you are helping support several hundred people in one of the lowest economic regions of the U.S.

• Our palm strips are available in two lengths, short (18-24") and long (24-36") and are packaged in clear plastic bags after being stripped and cleaned.

• Our palm strips are ready to hand out on Palm Sunday morning. No preparation work is necessary if they are stored and handled according to the directions below.

• Our Altar Decor palms are bagged in clear plastic bags and are used to make altar arrangements.

• All of our palms are packaged fresh and kep refrigerated until they reach your city or local UPS distribution facility.

Caring for your Palms

Altar Decorations

• Altar Decorations are just like fresh flowers â? keep refrigerated until ready to arrange. DO NOT OPEN THE PLASTIC BAGS UNTIL READY TO USE. Three (3) hours prior to arranging the decorations, cut the stems of the Altar Décor at a 45 degree diagonal just above the bottom end of the stem and place in ICE WATER to make the leaves open and achieve their maximum beauty.
• To help the Altar Décor leaves stay beautiful after arranging, keep the stems in water to maintain their green and fresh appearance

Short & Long Palm Strips

• To keep the palm strips fresh, do NOT open the plastic bags until you are ready to hand the palms out to the congregation.
• Keep sealed bags of palms in a cool area. A florist, restaurant or convenience store may have a large refrigerated space you can store the palms in until Palm Sunday.
• If you do not have access to refrigeration, take the palms out of the box (don't open the bags) and place them in a cool, dark space such as a basement. Lean the bags against a wall so air can circulate and to prevent the heat build up from one bag from rising and affecting a bag that might be layed on top of it.

Keep Cool - 45-50 Degrees - Do Not Freeze

• Check the contents of the box to make sure the order is correct.
• People who are not refrigerating their palms should open each box and take three or four UNOPENED plastic bags of palms out of the box. When the palms are enclosed in plastic and packed in a box, heat may begin to build up in the box between the plastic bags. Any perishable plant material will begin to break-down if there is heat present.
• By taking several bags out of each box, you allow the air to circulate more freely around the plastic bags left in the box which keeps the palms cooler and fresher.
• Brownish tips on the leaves are a natural characteristic since drying begins even before the leaf matures.
