11.5kw Baptistry Circulation Water Heater • Replace your existing baptistry heater with this inch through the wall inch style heater. • The 11.5KW 1 Package includes: • 240v 11.5KW heater • 115v circulation pump with wall plug • pump installation kit and fittings • • Pump attaches directly to the side of your baptistry • Suction at the bottom, heated water returned through the top. • Features an adjustable thermostat (47° - 109°F). • High limit switch set at 118°F to help prevent burn out • For use with 240V single phase power. • 47.9 amps Nominal • The 11.5 KW Basic Circulation Water Heater features an adjustable thermostat from approximately 47° F to 107 ° F. The pump is a 1/40 HP cartridge style pump, capable of circulating 600 GPH at 1 foot of head. The 11.5 KW systems will heat 115 gallons per hour to a 30 °F rise, so the average 750 gallon baptistery will need 10 hours to rise from 54 ° to 94° F. Temperature rise is affected by ambient room conditions • One year manufacturer's warranty. • Total height 27 inch . Uses 1 inch and 1 1/2 inch water connections. • For safety, this unit MUST be installed/used on a GFCI protected circuit.

INSTALLATION INFO Assemble and make up tightly the complete heater and parts as shown (except slip joint nuts). Locate the most accessible place around the Baptistry for installation. Drill a 2-1/8" diameter hole 4-1/2" up from the Baptistry floor. Smooth hole and install chrome faced inlet flush port, by loosening at slip joint nut. Apply clear RTV sealant under chrome flange. Remove any outside insulation so port rubber gasket fits against outside of fiberglass wall. Measure center to center distance exactly between inlet and outlet fittings. Locate and drill a 2-1/8" hole for top port using method stated above. Assemble complete heating system onto installed ports. Important - Block under heater or pump to support weight - this prevents leakage of Baptistry wall fittings. Heaters are shipped with special Installation Instructions regarding wiring, etc. Add wood or other blocks under your Basic Circulation heater to help support its weight and protect baptistry wall fittings.
