Candle Followers

Candle Followers or Candle Burners improve candle performance, reduce dripping and help candles burn longer.

SIZING TIP

When selecting a candle follower, choose the same size follower as your candle. i.e. If you have a 2" candle... get a 2" follower.
 

How to Properly Use a Candle Follower

To properly use the follower, make sure to "seat" it on the candle by gently pressing it down on the top of the candle and giving a slight twist to ensure a proper seal between the burner and the candle. Done proiperly, the you should be able to turn the candle upside down and the follower will remain attached to the candle.

Troubleshooting tip:

If you have wax coming out beneath the follower, you either have the wrong size follower or it was not seated properly.
If wax is running over the top of the burner, you have a draft problem. Try repositioning the candlestick or redirecting the HVAC air flow if possible.
If you still are having draft issues, you may want to try a draft proof follower with a glass protector.
