Please check your order carefully as the customer is responsible for verifying the accuracy of the colors, sizes, quantities & descriptions of the items ordered.

Shipping Method
Your order will be shipped in the most economical/practical manner. Most orders will ship by UPS but some orders such as for oversize items, furniture, large quantities etc will ship by motor freight. As our freight calculator cannot take into account all possible shipping scenarios there may occasionally be orders where freight charges calculated at the time you place your order are incorrect, in the event that freight charges will be more than what is shown on your order, we will contact you for your approval before processing your order.

UPS Shipping Choose this option for domestic shipments unless you are ordering furniture or large quantities of an item in which case we suggest you choose "To Be Arranged"

To Be Arranged This option is generally for domestic shipments that will ship by motor freight, courrier or local delivery or for international shipments. If you select this shipping option, we will ship your order in the most economical & practical method and then add the freight charges to your order. We reserve the right to ship your order via the carrier we deem most appropriate including UPS or other carriers. We do not ship via USPS(Postal Service) in the lower 48 states.

For International shipments we usually ship via USPS Priority Mail and we find that most orders for goods that weigh under 25 pounds and are not oversize, the charges tend to run between $55 & $85 U.S.but can be higher.

Domestic & International Shipments : If you select the To Be Arranged shipping option, you will not be notified of the shipping amount, unless in our opinion, the freight charge is excessive or unless you specifically request that we notify you before processing your order. To request that we notify you of the freight charges please say so in the "Special Instructions" box at checkout.

Returns
While most items ordered from this web site are returnable(subject to a re-stock fee as described below), there are some items that may be non-returnable. If an item is non-returnable you will be contacted by e-mail to verify that you understand this before we will actually process your order.

All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee except in cases of errors in order fullfillment, damaged goods, & errors in descriptions.

Please also be aware that the customer will be responsible for original & return freight charges for all returns unless the error is on our part as described above. In other words, if you buy something & decide you don't like it, we will take it back, provided we have not notified you it is non-returnable, but you will be responsible for the freight both ways plus a 20% restocking fee. If you buy something and it does not match the description or there is some other material flaw with the item or description, we will pay for the freight both ways. Do Not Return Merchandise to Our Location
If you need to return something, please contact us before returning your item because in most cases, you will be instructed to return the item directly to the factory that shipped it to you.



Payment
Payment for all orders over this web site must be made via credit card or Paypal at time of purchase unless your church already has an open account. It is our general practice to charge your credit card at the time your order is placed. At this point we will forward your order to the appropriate factory to process and ship or, in the case of in stock items, we will ship your order from our warehouse.

Delivery Times
While most items are usually delivered in 1 to 2 weeks, it can sometimes take more than 3-4 weeks for delivery for any item on this web site. In the event your order is going to take more than 4 weeks for delivery, we will make every effort to contact you as soon as we are aware there will be a delay in delivery. In no instances will we be responsible for consequences resulting from delayed shipments.
If you have a "Need By" date for your order, please let us know in the "Special Instructions" section during the checkout process and we will make every effort to accomodate your delivery date. If you order something for a specific date and it does not arrive by that date you may return the item subject to the Returns policy above.
