Please note that Palm Orders ordered after 3/8/12 are not eligible for Free
Shipping. We will contact you for approval of shipping charges once we receive
your order placed after 3/8/12. We can accept orders up until the Thursday
before Palm Sunday and will ship via UPS Ground, 3day, 2day or Next Day Air
depending on the specifics of the order. Please be sure to provide a good
daytime phone # so we can call you to confirm your order.
Orders for Palms are not deemed accepted until we confirm them by telephone
or e-mail (A seperate e-mail from our computer generated order acknowledgement).

All Palm Orders Must Be A Minimum of $40.00 (Not including Ashes - No Minimum
on Ash Orders) Orders containing less than $40 of Palm Product will be subject
to an $11 handling fee from the palm grower (we do not impose this fee, this is
from the grower).
